Herbs and Traditional Herbal formulas

Fully-trained in herbals and formulas, we stock empirically-proven Traditional Chinese Medicine herb formulas to aid correction of system imbalances that can manifest in symptoms such as blood pressure issues, stress and anxiety, insomnia, hot flashes and menopausal symptoms, circulation issues, pain, and many others.

Herbals can be used alone or as an adjunct to acupuncture treatment to accelerate correction for many complaints including digestive disorders, headaches, and neurologic deficits.

Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha

Relaxing and comfortable, cupping works like a reverse massage using decompression instead of compression. Cupping creates a pressure gradient that increases blood and fluid flow which can relieve pain, break up adhesions and scar tissue, aid myofascial release, as well as enhance underlying tissue movement and healing.

It is used to enhance function and sports performance, as well as for treating pain, assisting in rehabilitation after injury or surgery, and enhancing movement of blood and lymph.

Gua Sha is a friction treatment used to relieve pain and stiffness, improve range of motion, enhance healing, break up scar tissue, and promote circulation of blood and lymph.
