Our classes and events are about giving you options to be proactive about the quality of your life. 

All classes are of limited duration with the goal of giving you the knowledge and skills to continue at home or with a group. Classes alternate with each other and may be repeated or expanded upon later in the year.

Do you wish you had the benefits of a meditation practice but don't know where to begin? This class is your opportunity to learn in person. Take advantage of the group dynamic, in-person discussion and Q &A. The whys and how's, types and techniques, along with a group meditation session at each class. Find your deeper connection to the infinite, and the peace and inspiration that can bring.

Wear comfortable clothes. Padded chairs (provided), or bring a mediation cushion if you prefer. Limited enrollment.

We request class participants not come into clinic earlier than 10 minutes prior to class since we are busy with patients until that time. Class will start on time.  No refunds for missed classes or for being late to classes. 

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Refund is available with advance notification up to one week before class starts, or if class is cancelled. There will be a refund with less than a weeks notice IF we can fill your spot.

If individual class days are cancelled due to weather, or other cause, the class may be refunded, prorated (partial refund), or makeup day(s) scheduled at Blue Valley Acupuncture's discretion.

We clean/sanitize surfaces and have high volume HEPA air filters in the classroom and acupuncture clinic. Masks are optional.
