Our classes and events are about giving you options to be proactive about the quality of your life. 

All classes are of limited duration with the goal of giving you the knowledge and skills to continue at home or with a group. Classes alternate with each other and may be repeated or expanded upon later in the year.

 Join us for a weekly group meditation. You may be surprised how much easier it is to meditate in a group than by yourself. Spread the positive vibes of calming meditation, and feel the inner peace, connection and inspiration that regular meditation can bring.  

30 min. group practice 1:30 to 2:00 plus 15 to 30 min opportunity for Q &A following. 

Class:

April 8th through May 27th (8 sessions)

1:30pm to 2:00pm

Registration/cost: $80 per person (class pass for 8 sessions)

Wear comfortable clothes. Padded chairs and limited props are provided, or bring your own props/cushion.  Limited enrollment. Registration Required.

Teachers are from the Insight Meditation Center of Kansas City

The meditation begins at 1:35pm, you are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early and get settled.

We request class participants not come into clinic earlier than 10 minutes prior to class since we are busy with patients until that time. Class will start on time.  No refunds for missed classes or for being late to classes. 

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Refund is available with advance notification up to one week before class starts, or if class is cancelled. 

If individual class days are cancelled due to weather, or other cause, the class may be refunded, prorated (partial refund), or makeup day(s) scheduled at Blue Valley Acupuncture's discretion.
