Front desk staff will go through the prescreen questions. We do not accept active virus cases, except through phone or Telehealth consult. Front desk staff will accept credit card payment by phone to maintain no-contact and social distancing. With your permission we can enter your credit card number on file for your next appointment. If paying by cash or check please have exact change or the check written out before coming in. We will wave you in, or call you if needed, when your treatment room is ready.
If you forget your mask we have one for you. Hand sanitizer is by the door for your use coming and going.
We are currently seeing one patient in the clinic at a time. The treatment rooms are alternated and sanitized between patients. We clean and sanitize surfaces of the clinic between patients and open and air out the clinic every day, several times a day if weather permits.
We are following CDC guidelines for talking, face to face, and physical contact. If you feel you need more than 5 minutes to explain health changes or details to Sandra, let Shana or Debbie know and they will arrange for phone time before you enter the clinic. Your treatment time will be the same as always.
You have updated Sandra on your current health situation and she has placed the needles. Peaceful music is playing and your comfort has been assured with heat lamps if you wish, or adjusting the air conditioning. Now you can Relax and Enjoy your treatment!
We can address any herbs you may need while you are still in the treatment room. Then you can be on your way. Follow up appointments can be made by phone from your car to maintain low contact and social distancing.
